Seeing that there are numerous amounts of people on the forum with horrible intelligeance quotiants, not to sound rude or anything but I think they're ******ed we need to add a riddle, which every forum user MUST answer correctly. New forum users must answer it upon registration, and only correct answers will allow the user to post/reply on the forum.

 

This is the riddle, if you can solve it, you are smart enough to use this forum!

 

Bob is looking for a treasure. He enters a secret room with 2 doors and 2 guards. Inside one door is the treasure, inside the second door is a replica of the treasure, but it is fake and almost worthless. If Bob takes the fake treasure, the guards will kill him. He can only open one door. If he opens any door, the other one will lock itself forever. Bob does not want to take the 50/50 chance because he doesn't wanna die. He can do one thing about it though, he can ask ONLY one guard ONLY one question. The problem is both guards are twins, but one alway tells the truth and one always lies. Bob cannot know which one is which.

 

What question does bob ask to help him find out which door contains the treaure, and so he doesn't die :mrgreen:

There are 2 correct answers.

 

If you can answer this correctly, CONGRATULATIONS! You can stay on the forum! If you can't... gtfo because you're dumb :mrgreen:

Doing so, he should find the correct door.

 

This was related to a paradox called "Truth and liar twin", but it was a bit different. The one I'm talking about was to try to sort out which of the 2 twins was the honest and which of them was the liar :D

Bob should ask one of the guards 'What door your twin would say leads to the real treasure? ', then to choose the opposite door.Why:

 

If the guard that Bob's asking is the one that tells the truth, he would know that his brother would lie, so he would point Bob to the door with the fake.

 

If the guard that Bob's aking is the one that lies, he would know that his brother will tell the truth, BUT HE IS THE LIER, SO HE WOULD LIE and point Bob to the fake.

 

By choosing the opposite door, Bob would survive.

No problem, as I said, I made enought of those paradox and so I mixed them up a bit :D

Nah, it's not googling.I just remembered that my friend told me a similar riddle (about 2 schools, 1 with teachers-liers, the other - with normal teachers).

I have just made a little googling, a moment ago - click. - nothing.

Let's stay with this, i belong to the forum, i follow rules, i don't troll, because trolling annoy others, and also there's a Rules says to don't troll, and flaming:
