It is impossible to change your email because the tech support team has like 5 workers answering 500,000 emails a day and they dont even read them, so you might get some random and useless reply.

But in all seriousness, they probably get a lot of spam. say some UN-intelligent person sends an email only containing "My acount is hacked help meeee!" That gives nothing for them to go off of, therefore wasting there time, and keeping them from getting to intelligent peoples complaints.
