These are the things you can do in battle. Parkour (French pronunciation: [paʁˈkuʁ]) (abbreviated PK) is a physical discipline of movement focused on overcoming obstacles. It can be used in Tanki, as many of you may know. Parkour is used to explore and reach new heights, and to add something new to the game. Tommy60 wrote a amazing article here about it, but i am going to elaborate, and also explain how to reach these places. Calbaz made a parkour team here, so if you are really into this, ask him if you can join.

TANKI:

 

SINGLE PARKOUR:

 

Parkour in tanki is relatively simple in most maps, although if you are trying for the big buildings, then it is harder. I will start with some of the more easy ones, and work my way up

 

2042:

 

Easy map, can be accessed with m0 hornet and m0 ricochet, although i suggest m1 of both at least.

To get up to most places, most maps, you need to climb the walls. At 2042, the easiest place is:

 

To climb, you drive backwards, and shoot the ground, cause you to climb up:

 

Some places you ca go are:

 

Best combo: hornet and ricochet

 

Highways:

Another easy map, all you have to do is go to the middle of the bridges, and then jump off, and land on the buildings.

 

 

 

Best combo: viking and ricochet

 

 

Sandbox:

Easy, just climb the walls like at 2042

 

 

Best combo: hornet and ricochet

 

Highland:

Harder, you need to shoot your way up, and it is better with viking than hornet usually, to get up on the highest place, you need to shoot yourself up with thunder or ricochet:

Silence II

 

To get to the on top of the boxes by the blue team's flag, you need railgun and hornet or wasp, or ricochet and viking or hornet. With railgun, simply puch against the box, and fire several times. When you have pushed your front over, turn your gun turret, and fire backwards:

 

To get on top of the house on the blue team's side, you need to go on the ramp, lean yourself against the corner, and fire:

 

from there, you can jump onto the bin next to the house.

 

To get onto the pipes, simply lean against them., and fire. That is one of the hardest parts, and takes a while to master:

WK again grr, You tried to recreate the Mosquito Battles that is not illegal for one, and i was not, i was arranging a game that we can play. And if you have a bone to pick with something like that, then why dont you go attack Queenz , that will make you popular :roll: you tried to take over Mister_G's competition,

we had a deal that i would do something for him, and then i would take it over because he was to busy. rumour has it you even tried to take over IC. complete rumor, and my guess is someone like WhiteKnight170 told you that, because it is a complete rumor, and i have evidence to that :D

FAQ Stands for Frequently Asked Questions. Have you ever seen anyone asking how to do parkour?

Also, If your going to do real life parkour, then it should be in Off-Topic.

Also, If your going to do a guide on parkour, make sure you do everything.

Incorrect. I can think of many places on many map where you dont have to climb a single wall, you have even posted some of them.

Now, since you guide isnt finished This may not be true but, There are a large amount of things you have missed. You havent said anything about group parkouring(apart from cablazs group), which allows you do do a lot more, just look at this thread(russian parkour forum, parkour pictures).

There is also a fair amount of parkour you can do with only one person which you havent included, there are a surprising amount of places you can go, a lot of which you havent even mentioned.

Ik what you are saying, and yes, i have seen people asking how to do parkour. I am just starting, and am working on making it better. Thank you for your advice, that is what is needed for a FAQ :D

Because PNG weighs about 10 times more than JPEG. That's why jpg is recommended for the web utilization.

When opening the main page, my laptop has to open 50 images and takes some time, while it could do it 10 times faster. If you search in our faqs and guides, all the pictures you will find there are jpeg, because it has only a bit less quality but the picture weight is really not bad. Search on the web for more information. For example, this should help you.
