Well, from what I've seen in kool's videos, writing in the Chat, for example, /warn FBI Offensive Behaviour, makes me warned for o.behaviour.IMO, this works for the bans too.

When they are in a battle, right-click (or something like that) in the battle opens a Mod-panel, there you can do warns/bans, without typing chat commands, but with clicking. (seen from Bar's livestreaming).

There are also options like 'rename battle', 'ban battle (maybe close battle)', 'show KickBan options (explained above)'...

About the Forum - Since the end of 2010, I am a mod in a similar forum (I mean the forum system is similar to this one) - for mods, next to the Reply button in topics, there are Delete and Lock buttons, next to each post there are Delete and Edit buttons, outside (at the topics list) there are buttons for making the topics sticky'd, giving an 'announce' status, and again, a lock button.

This is it, OP, nothing special, or interesting.

true, I am a admin in a forum, and it is simply, ban, block, ip ban, remove, rename, the works. you have a administrator's panel where you do things, such as change the forum as well.

I guess that button is a 'Bug-report' button.

Admins, Mods, Testers, and maybe Consultants have it.

It IS SO VERY VERY OLD! I remember that before I left tanki, the players had it too, so that they could easily report a bug.
