help@tankionline just talk about rules 1.1 third-party software , but they don´t say when it happened , or they say ,maybe my friend account was hijacked ; I don´t know.

 

He sent all info for them and they just return with same points.

 

I bet it was conflict with google chrome browser. that old problem. I think it is fixed now.

But he is banned yet.

Me (Rodrigo - 30 years old ) and my friend ( augusto - 25 years old ) ( GunGerman-88mmBR ) ,we live in Brazil, same city. We play tanki online togetter. I sent to him the link referal friend. I helped to buy crystals. we are trying make a clan with more others friends.

He need help in support, because his account is banned, NO reason, for Many days !

He is a legal player, high hank ( Lieutenant Colonel )

you remember that issue with google chrome. Conflict with anti-cheat and ban without reason.

Porque se esse programa rodar junto com o Flashplayer, pode caracterizar algum tipo de hack. Mesmo que vocês tenham deletado ele antes.

 

Agora, se não fizeram isso. Desencana. É só ter paciência mesmo. Muita gente manda e-mail com o mesmo problema e são poucos para responderem tantos. Mesmo assim, eles tem que puxar o log da sua conta para ver se está tudo certo. Então, infelizmente esse tipo de coisa demora mesmo. É só ter um pouco de paciência para a conta ser liberada. :thumbup:

they don´t say what was detected. Or what advantage or not that account got or any . They only say third-party software.

But some days ago the anti-cheat did false-positive detections.

 

He didn´t use and he or me don´t know nothing about ilegal programs in this game.

He has a good account with good items and a high rank. He doesn´t need use it. He need only his skills.

Now think , why he would use ilegal programs in his account ?? he is not crazy. He spent a lot of time in that account.

 

Help@tank says about possibility somebody hacked him. I don´t know.

Sometimes , He played in cyber cafe or lan house ( public places ) ,

In this case , It should exist something in pc ??

But in this case, No. There is NO nothing here in forum , others people saying or putting ss( prints or images ) against GunGerman-88mmBR doing something ilegal.

 

And with a good account , a guy don´t need use ilegal programs.

Whoa! really? that's not good, but... it has to be on many computers? like 4 or more? because I was going to try to play on a new computer but now, I'm not sur if I should, I like my tank.

 

And.... to CABLEl: if your friend played at a cyber cafe it's probable that he was hacked, the managers of those places most of time don't take care about the computers, sometimes the antivirus is not updated or the computers sometimes don't have antivirus at all, and even if he did not use a cheat may be a virus picked up his account information (username and password) and, the owner of the virus decided to try this game using his account :twisted: so... with chrome's false positive or not, the account is lost, why not instead of having your poor friend waiting for automatic e-mail replies (that's why the response don't explain anything) or for the instructions of how to program an account unbanner, tell him to create a new account, and, with the good skills you claim he has, it won't be too hard for him getting the rank he had, the way may be easier if buy crystals with $$ but not everyone can (or want to) do it, but with patience and not giving up he will make it

I play only in my pc, I avoid those because of virus and others things.

This is not about you... it's about your unfortunate banned friend, and, if you have spent money buying crystals I don't think you can be banned, I have played games like this before and ALWAYS non-paying people ar banned with no reason but take special care about the people who buy from them , if your friend never bought even one crystal with $, and if he wants, he can start again like nothing happened, but don't tell him to not play again if YOU are who is angry with the game, if he still wants to play, let him, and if he plays on only one computer, stay away from cheats, and keeps all the security measures, it's not probable he will lose the account again.

well I think maybe it´s not a point; because He told me that bought crystals twice . Last time 2500 crystals ( got 5000 with double card ).
