Hi,

 

Is this the end of Tanki Online?

 

Why?

 

Because:

1. They cant keep their promises about development

2. They desperately ask for money -- for many days the chance of getting Double Crystal Card as a daily gift is over 50%. Since DCC is not a gift but the clear message -- "No gift to you today. Pay us money" -- they don't care about players at all. You all know the meaning of red card in football :)

 

Well .. am I disappointed ... NO. Because :

1. I spend more time with WOT anyway.

2. If current management of TO fails, somebody else will buy it and probably will wipe out some of these unfair rules.

1.About the development - do you know how much work it is to create new graphics, a whole new game mode, etc.?First become a programmer, make something like that, and then come to complain again.Update 1.100.0 - just read my post, and you will understand what's going on - click.

 

2.About the daily gift - it is completely RANDOM - that means there is a script running, in this script the possible combinations are written.And after every server restart, this script AUTOMATICALLY chooses one combination for each player, i.e. Nitro+Double Armour (amount depends on rank) for me, First Aid kit to user1234, and DCC for you.Yes, you can receive DCC 5 times in a row.Then you can receive crystals 6 times in a row, then Nitro, etc., it's RANDOM.

 

3.Okay, play WoT, nobody cares.

4.Tanki's management will never fail, and even if this happens and they sell the game, the new management will stay with the same Rules/relpace them by similar ones.Those are Rules.You can't do anything about them.Follow them - ok.Don't follow them - get banned.Don't like them, don't like to be here - bye.

 

And, Conta is absolutely right.People like you ruin everything.And yes, Tanki needs money to keep the game running.

It seems like you haven't clicked on the link from my previous post - ok, I'll say it here: This week (no info when exactly), THE TEST SERVER WILL BE OPENED FOR EVERYBODY, FOR MASSIVE TESTING OF THE NEW RELEASE, BEFORE IT ENTERS IN THE GAME.The release will come PROBABLY after the testing.

This kind of behavior is called deception, lying, misleading etc. Businesses do this if they fail to stay in the competition ..

All games need money or else they would be incapable of being run. The release date was estimated and due to last minute problems has been postponed. It is dumb for people to keep complaining... Enjoy this tanki.. If you get a dcc in daily bonus and not drugs and you can't use it. tough luck.

Accidents happen ... of course ... but once the promise was made there should be a clear and loud explanation ... calling players ******s instead ... PR helllooo?

 

I've payed money to help you to keep the service up and running ... just don't push it too much -- it isn't tough luck any more. The daily gift is kinda a promise from TO (as well as a free game) too and don't be pedant here.

 

You should appreciate people who complain ... would you better like the ones who leave quietly ?

Gotta say Micky has some good points here. The PR people should learn to not give out release dates unless they're absolutely sure they can be met. This is true of any game or company. Mentioning a release date, even casually, can imprint that date on peoples' minds. If the date isn't met, they'll be much disappointment.

 

And personally I also don't like the way Tanki takes in revenue. I think it would be better if you could buy a "premium account" for some set amount of money, and then not have to worry about druggers, buyers, and DCCs. Having buyers and non-buyers playing together will always lead to unfair battles and frustrated players. Tanki, adopt the system that almost every other game out there is using!

really? this is the most expensive ONLINE game on the Internet! 2523$ for FULL garage! even with DCC that is too much money for not so good flash game. its addictive but no good. rules are lame, developers incapable....

 

if they want money why they not sell billboards as advertising space? almost every map already have billboards and some maps have graffiti on the walls. most popular maps would have most costly advertising. so easy but they dont want even to consider this as solution.

Need for Speed World is free, right? anyone complains becouse road billboards full ads?? NO !!

wow! you'll feel special when you buy a drugs/tanks/weapon/paint for real cache? i still prefer my big screen LCD TV and 5.1 audio system! i earned that as i earned my rank and my garage.

 

also, all ads are useless if you dont look at them but most of time tanki billboards are EMPTY or just advertise only tanki related stuff. who cares for that?
