This is a major revamp of the game both in terms of the 3d models as well as part of the game engine itself. Be patient people come on -.- It is sad to see both the forum and skype chats go up in flames because it is being delayed.

Good grief! I'm, likely, one of the older players by age and time in the game, and I can't believe what I read. You sound like a flock of old crones, whining, railing, moaning and clucking. Life is change, and most of you are far too young to be so habitual and truculent. I admire and respect the evident, immense work done by the Devs to bring Tanki this far. In the short time I was in Iran, it looked sumptuous, beautiful and fine indeed. I'm pretty sure they'll continue work to improve the whole of the game. They have since I've been in it. To balance all the whining and crying, some of you might offer a bit of praise for the work that's been done and the constant effort of Tanki staff who do it. Or you could just curse and swear for server updates. That's always great sport. MEH. Also, don't oversight that Tanki remains free for those who care to play it that way. pretty good deal, I'd say.

 

For me, Tanki staff, nice work. My only complaint is, while highly eye appealing, the short time I played a game from which I was kicked when all the servers went red again, I couldn't really play. Very pretty, but unplayable. I know you'll continue to chore to make it better. Carry on, and Godspeed!

Good grief, can anyone be bothered to read all those turgid words written by some old fart?

 

We have plenty of reasons to complain before we praise the devs for whatever improvements they brought on today.

Like the ever-spinning tanks and connection errors that hasn't been cured for more than a month.

 

Remember, the devs said they were going to introduce 2.0 June last year.

Over a year later we get this compromised version with transformers-like design that's more suited to a 10-year old. Thanks devs.

I was in for a full 30 minute game, the new textures are nice, but........ in the old version I had 60 fps and never lagged etc. Now.... I am between 19 & 30 fps and lag seems to drag me down ever 2-5 minutes. I hope they improve this because I've only been here a week and have sooo much I want to do :(

Hows the point system?

 

When your team captures a point, every second or so your team score goes up, and so does yours if you are the one that captured the point.

If you loose the point to the enemy, your score doesn't increase anymore (only for killing enemies of course), so you'll have to capture the point again.
