Read the comments Tanki. Considering the feelings of other players, you should give a choice whether or not to play with the new graphics. Forcing things upon players has consequences.

 

As for me, I like the graphics(the tanks aren't my favorite though). And I will continue playing. Who knows how many others will.

 

All I can say is FACEPALM

Everything is cool, the graphics, the control points. The only thing that I don't like is how the tanks look. They should not have been changed so drastically. Everything has been slightly changed except for the tanks. I think the tanks should have been changed a only little, but they have been change so much that they are unrecognizable. I do not know whether I am fighting against m0 or m3. The tanks should have kept their looks changing only in minor ways, such as a rounding of the edges (they were too square) and other little things. Now the paints are barely visible. The only good change about the tanks are the moving caterpillars. As for the guns, I play with railgun m3 and now it is totally different. I liked the way it shot red, but now it shoots a pale orange. I liked the glowing red design on it, but that is gone. And Thunder shoots the same way as smoky! Now you can't tell weather smoky or thunder is shooting at you. The guns should have been changed only in minor ways also. I am very disappointed of this. The map graphics are great though!!!

 

I have seen other people comment that You (Tanki) should allow people a choice whether to play in new graphics or old. This is a good Idea. There should be a choice. A button maybe. Or certain servers on which the new graphics are, and others on which the old are.

 

Personally, I think that the good outweighs the bad of update 1.100, but it would be perfect if the tanks and weapons were changed back to not much different than what they were. Right now they look almost like plastic toys.

 

I will continue playing gladly earning ranks and upgrading my garage, but I may be one of the few. Many others are not as pleased as I am with this update. So Tanki, read my words and consider.

If you mean the 'Before and after' pics, then - they were a part of the plans for 2.0.But 2.0 is cancelled.

As for the Thunder shots - they will be fixed.Be patient.

Everything I like me, the landscape, modifications to the buildings, tanks, everything this one preciously, thank you very much.

 

The bad thing:

 

Shaft M2 and M3 turret lost his beautiful colors :( ........

I dont know whay some peaoples want the old tanki instead new.... Maybe they like that tanks wich looking like boxes, or maybe they like because tanks were colored like rainbow idk .... I am not saying that this version is perfect (need work on thunder), but it's something new and after few hours of game i have have liked it :) I think the main reason whay peaples disagree with this upgrade because tank isn't so fashioned :D, but now it looks how it should... just as i said, need to work on thunder : explotion appearance. And whay peaoples so love the old version :DD it's the biggest mystery i have ever knew :D

To be honest I do not like the new update... but it's just my opinion, means almost absolutely nothing.

I like the concept of the control points, it was very clever and the soft particles are amazing.

I think that the new overlay looks a bit cartoonish, and it might just be me but there is a constant delay/lag.

Not hating, just my two cents.

The game takes so long to load, because the servers are still loading the new textures for the first time.

Be patient, soon the loading time will become much shorter, and there won't be so much lags too.
