Taken out of the game for "Inactivity"

I don't know if this is the correct way to register a complaint or not but for the last 2 days the "game or system" will display "you have been removed from the game due to inactivity" when i haven't even paused or stopped moving. This is especially aggravating when you have been playing for about 45 minutes and the clock is winding down so you can get the crystals that you've earned, then it takes you out of the game. Is there something that you can do about this ? Thank you sincerily Bkrog73
