It isn't. I sent an application for test server, and PMed someone and asked if I would of made it or not and they had no answer. I saw them on twice since then.

When send, application need time to be looked at.. And also, after posting an applications, you should wait and stop.. If they accept you will know, if they don't, they can obviously don't reply to you.

The Test Server is only for Testers.

To become a Tester you must be Russian.

Sometimes, very rarely, the Test Server is opened for everybody, for open testing.

 

In short: It doesn't matter what 'application' you will send, you will not be given access to the Test Server in time when it's opened only for Testers.

Play in the normal servers and have fun.

I did! I looked at that, and sent in an application and just asked if I made it or not, THAT IS ALL! I don't even want to be one anymore, most of the people are mean.

Why is everyone being so condescending towards handy2110? He asked a simple question, and there is no evidence showing that he didn't read the rules. He may speak fluent russian for all you know and have the credentials to be a tester. Plus, I find the way FederalBureauFBI, who is a tanki staff member, responded to this topic completely inappropriate considering his position in tanki.
