I was playing a Sandbox CTF game with lots of drugs and I got kicked out for no reason. I was first with over 1400 points, I used 15 health and about 30 of each three drugs. Second guy was about 500 points behind me. It was really close 13:12 in a game with limit of 15, and the game RUINED by this BS!

You can notice that something strange happened with score of one more blue player.

Unfortunately this happens due to a lot of reasons; most of times it depends from bad connection or ISP problems. They are searching for a solution for this.

The problem won’t affect your karma, your crystals or your garage.

Not good enough. I was cut out in the middle of the game, and who ever makes screens while they are playing? And this can happen in every single game, right? So, we should make screens every 20 mins? I don't think so.

 

Thanks for your reply, I am in contact with help@tanki... so I will try to find a compensation atleast to restore my drugs in previous condition.

Well, many players make screenshots while playing...

Send the email, explain them the situation, in details.They will try to help you as soon as possible.

But for a refund, you will need proof.
