I applied for a chat moderator. I put it in english, because I thought they would be english. After, I found out that they where russian. I got no answer. Does this mean I got rejected, or that they just couldn't understand?

Actually yes, you do have to be over 21. Look at app. form below. (Also, if you are ignored it probably means your denied.)

1. Your name, Nickname and nicknames of all multiple accounts.

2. Age - Need to be 21+, Will be confirmed through a Skype call.

3. Country of Residence

4. Link to Forum Profile

5. Contacts (Skype, ICQ, etc.)

6. Registration Date (If you know it)

7. Do you have experience as a Moderator on other Projects?

8. Why do you want to become a moderator?

9. Information about yourself

10. Alternative accounts

Also, the fact you ask us what happened with your application means you won't become a Moderator.I mean that you didn't read the whole FAQ.And people who don't read FAQs don't become Moderators.Read the FAQ again, and you will see:

Well, at the moment there is only 1 Moderator that is under 21.And this is only because he is the first English Mod, so they accepted him because they needed Mods.That's all.

there are many mods under 21. so dont listen to that. there are NO English mods. just some that can speak english. if you want to be a mod do what most do and become friends with another mod or admin. hope this helps
