If there was an M4 Isida, it would be as strong as M2 Freeze with a much faster recharge rate, which is extremely unfeasible because Isida is plenty strong already :excl:

But in reality, an Isida tier 2 would do as much damage as Freeze, but with the power to heal...this would be quite too strong in most cases, although it would be limited by tiny range, so that is one good thing.
