My Account is Blocked

Hi All

 

Today when I tried to connect to the game I got a message that my account is blocked, because of cheating and use of third-party

 

I didn't use any third-party software or cheating, even I didn't play any game since two weeks, I just enter every day to get the daily gift and close the game

 

I contacted the support and they didn't reply to my emails

 

BTW this is not the first time the support don't help me, before six months I was playing a game with 2200 crystals, and all other players leave the game, and then the game disconnected I tried to login and the game is disappeared, and I lost 5 hours playing, and now they want to take my account from me

 

I think there are racism in dealing with Arab and Muslims, and the game wants all the Arab players to leave the game if they are not from the buyers

Yes you are right, but I will do all I can, sending emails and righting threads in this forum or even in game review sites, I will fight for my account, because they blocked my account for a mistake I didn't do

This is not true. You are using a common phrase just to ask something back.

STOP to abuse this phrase, since help@tankionline.com reply with the same timings to all the players..

None of the Staff is racist, they simply have to deal with over 15MLN players so try to imagine you are a Staff and you need to explain and reply to over 10MLN mails/a day..

 

Think of it before complaining, think of it before insulting a good and hard-working Staff group and saying that they are racist..

 

 

Now, some tips for you:

- Be sure that you made a detailed and correct mail

- After writing the mail to the support, you must wait some days

- After 2 weeks you can try to send the same and detailed mail to the support

- Always be kind, they are working for you and for all of us and we need to respect them

So don't blame me if I felt like this

 

One thing also, in a game a player talked offensively about Islam and Muslims, and when I sent the screenshots to the support, nothing happened, what you call this???

I call this you making things wrong.. Chat insults and such need to be sent into a PM (personal message) to a Mod or a Chat Admin, not to the support.

 

If you play legally, then you must wait the time needed, since you are sure you will be unbanned and don't need to worry.

Yes I am Arabic and my name in Arabic is not السافاح it is السفاح

 

So you say if I am Arabic then I am hacker?

 

I think the support team deal with us the same way
