Problem with weapons

Dear Sir/Madam

 

This is to let you know that it has been really annoying to play when your weapon doesn't work i spended nearly 15 of each nitro, power and sheild + 10 of life power. However my M3 freeze did not kill a single person when i hit them with 1 on 1. There was big lag in a game and i spent nearly 50 of each drug in that game its a shame that Tanki failed to reply to my emails at help@tankionline.com. I am really upset of the weapon not working although when i switched to M3 rico it worked but freeze won't work people just walk pass me even if i am in front/back of them for like 1 min they wouldnot freeze.

 

Please if you could help or the the people in help department are too busy to look at my problem please let me know i would like to escalate this matter further officially.

Usually the Tech Support (help@...) are really busy.It will take some time to read your complaint, and to help you.Sending several emails will just slow down the process.

As for the complaint - if there is a lag, first try refreshing the page.If this doesn't help, you can try:

 

• Clearing

Flash and browser cache.

• Disabling 'Skybox', 'Shadows, 'Soft particles' and 'Mip Mapping' from the Game Settings button (the wrench)

• Running the game with the

Standalone Flash.

• Or, if you are using Google Chrome, check

this topic.

Thank you for repling i tried the suggestion but i have a new laptop with latest spec and i5 processor with 8Gb Memory , my internet is 1.5Mbps also i have disabled all other suggestion from settings area still no luck.

 

help@ have not really helped although i am pleased with your reply but that did not sort the problem with my M3 freeze weapon which failed to freeze even a M1 hornet with freeze killed my M3 viking with 50% freeze protection paint and freeze weapon. Imagine if you are playing using drugs and someone with no power kills you and you are helpless, the same way is what i feel and you spend precious crystals for nothing how annoying snd btw there was no other hitting me apart from that M1 hornet with freeze!! Why did it allowed to use drugs if there was a problem with weapon/game as some point i could not see anyone in the game but get killed.

Also I refreshed and it asked my login and the battle i was playing is lost what a waste of time ..........
