Well..

Teaming in DM is not a sabotage since you are not stopping someone to bring a flag or playing.

The meaning of sabotage in TO is:

1.10. - intentionally obstructing the gameplay of the team that the Player's tank belongs to;

 

This apply to CTF and TDM, but not to DM since there you don't have a team.

Usually, in DM, same turrets make alliance (thunder with thunder or rico with rico) and avoid killing each others. This is not a sabotage, is simply teaming in a ALLvsALL battle, so you are not giving any advantages to any teammate or to the enemy teammate since there isn't a "team" based battle..

 

We can discuss about the fact that a DM is made for the purpose of, as said, play an ALLvsALL battle and then that making alliance is a bit unfair, but this is not against the rules since you are making your own gameplay and you are not playing against your same teammates.
