Major loss of crystals

Hello, I got on today and realized that i didn't have my crystals that i had. When i got off I had 10727 and when i got back on I had 4762. I didn't buy anything in the garage or any supplies. I have no idea what happened and I really want my crystals back. You can look back in the payment history and I will be there. I bought 6k with a DCC three days ago.

Change your password.Maybe someone knew it, so he bought some supplies and then played (he spent them).

You can also wait for server restart.

And, you can try to run the game with the Standalone Flash.I don't think it will help, but you can just try.Good luck.

So you think I lost the crystals because of my password? I think I did not mention this but yesterday when the server restarted I had 10727 and after the restart, I had 4762. No one could of gotten into my account and bought anything if that's what you are wondering. Here is a video of my garage just in case you do not believe me:

How do you know that someone didn't get your password?

 

Anyway, did you try entering the game with another browser, or with the Standalone Flash?

About the server restart - I understood that after it you lost the crystals.I meant to wait till tomorrow's restart.But first try other browsers.

Your video is not enough proof, it shows your Garage now, after that loss.

I have changed my password and I know that no one could of gotten into my account because I was playing before the server restart and I had 10727 crystals then the server restarted and after Five minutes I got back on and I had 4762. So no one could of possibly bought about 5,000 crystals on drugs then used then all. This all happened within 5 minutes becaus ethe server restart takes five minutes to start back up again.

Understand that I cannot fix anything.I am not a Developer, I don't work in Tanki's HQ.

Maybe you were fined for breaking the Rules (like power-levelling, etc.)?

In the screen you should scoll the bar more to right, there can be paint with a valor of 3000, example roger and others, so as you said that you only bought this, before scroll the bar!
