Game imbalance.

Hi, im just speaking for the rest of us who play tanki without the privledge of having access to online funds exchange. at third lieutenant, im shocked to see everyone with m3 items, m3 vikings, rails etc. if not m2....i only can afford m2 rail and an m1 hornet thus far....ive never bought once....freeloader? i think not ive spent alot of time

on this game...

i believe that these are buyers, i respect this as it is a mechanism of the game. so to speak, do buyers get free gifts?if so how is this fair to the rest of us.

i speak for many. if so some suggestions are, the daily gifts for us non buyers or potential buyers be raised. items have cheaper discounts at occassions.

and one question, is this game based on the gamer gaining skill or do buyers hold an unequivocal advantage over us non-buyers if you may.

it completely contradicts the fundamental meaning of cybersport where gamers are awarded by their skill and rather not the weapons they can afford.

if there is a thread with a similar topic please redirect me to this as i wish to learn on this subject and gain some deeper understanding.

thanks to tanki developers, and i respect them for there creative efforts,

thanks in advance,

rob

If you want all M3 - play more, join contests, win prizes, or BUY.

Those buyers are 'necessary' for running Tanki.Alternativa needs money for running the servers, developing new software, paying the programmers/designers, etc.Just

how many people they have to pay.

and one question' date=' is this game based on the gamer gaining skill or do buyers hold an unequivocal advantage over us non-buyers if you may.[/quote']

You cannot buy ranks (you can buy actually, but only till Master Sergeant - noobs can rank up with buying, so they can get access to new Garage stuff.)

So your questions is pointless.

Everybody gets skills, even if they play with all M3.Well, there are some players that are still noobs even with everything M3...But buyers 'hold an advantage' only because of their Garage. They cannot buy skills, they GET skills.

do buyers get free gifts?if so how is this fair to the rest of us.

It's too hard to create a system that detects who is a buyer, and who is not, so the buyers won't get any gifts...

Also daily gifts are just daily gifts...50 Nitro, 60 DD - it's not too much. What's wrong?

Yes, buyers vs. non-buyers issue has been here for time immemorial...but, this is where people go wrong:

You can...

1.Drug (save your drugs for like a month)

2.Play longer games, and DM (everybody wins)

3.Get teammates to help you (sometimes)

4.Buy

5.Contests

6.Prepaid cards (They're cheap, some people use their school allowances for that lolz)

7.Improve tactics

And the most popular choice....

8.Moan all day and quit

Fbi, you explained everything to me ive already knew, i know they are needed to support the game development thats why i said its part of the mechanism of the game.

and you got me wrong again. i know you cant buy skill o_O,

youve just also admitted that theres an advantage :)

noobs or no noobs, theres an advantage.

moving on, yeah the last part was kinda pointless, i guess its fair everyone gets a share of the free gifts.:)

i just wish that tanki soon creates a mechanism where we can also sell unused or unwanted parts.

it is also almost impossible to achieve the amount of crystals to get an m3 hornet for example, m2 is like 4000, and it jumps all the way up to 12000 am i missing something?

why isnt there a crystal sharing mechanism yet?

selling parts?

these are some points that can actually help a non buyer

manage himself fairly on the battlefield, i mean after all

not all buyers are noobs! and that where things become

debatable...

i also think buyers (heavy buyers) should be in their own category. they should have their own rated battles where we cannot join, i just think non- buyers should battle other non - buyers and buyers should battle their own type.

I have to disagree with you on that. My brother has Hornet M3 and Freeze M2 at First lieutenant, he is not a buyer nor did he win any contests. I don't call that almost impossible.

Maybe there will be.In future.

That's pointless, I mean, what's the difference between a skilled non-buyer with all M3, and a skilled buyer with all M3?

And, as I said, IMO it will be really hard to create such a system, a system that detects who is a buyer and who is not.

But, maybe a system that lets you 'forbid' some guns/tanks/paints when creating a battle?

For example, you create a Polygon DM, 20 min, with supplies, but you 'forbid' Thunder, Isida, Hornet, Mammoth and Needle, and you are even able to 'forbid' a specific modification, for example you allow Shaft, but only M0-M2, with no M3.What about this?

i just wish that tanki soon creates a mechanism where we can also sell unused or unwanted parts.

This is planned.

And again, post any ideas here.

For your info most buyers don't know how to turn the turret.

This is absolutely true :D

And for your kind information some people just play alot and earn crystals so then at 3rd lieutenant they can have m3 m3 me

It isnt very hard to earn crystals if you play alot...

Win contests and play with friends and you will be fine...

ofcourse there is no difference! theyve both got the same lvl weapons, its just a matter at whos better or who chooses a better combination.

you speaking at the m3 level, any buyer whos reached this lvl isnt what you should call a noob! im guessing most clan members have a buyer who pays for most stuff.

IMO, its fair to lose to someone who simply and obviously knows how to kill better, knows his map well and is just simply skilled. and im not talking m3 level. rather than losing

to a drugger guy with m3 all- above parts. no supplies battles is failing to balance out this, it costs crystals to join a no supplies battle, its kind funny actually.

youve suggested instead and weapon, hull and paint selection system, which is in- depth, now that probably sounds more practical.

splitterpoint there no point yapping on. im just hoping some tweaks are made that can aid us non-buyers in anyway really. its just game devs cherish their financial supporters,

i dont blame em, so its kinda like fighting a losing battle really. no point. FBI thanks for the input, relieved some of my game anger xD.
