This is my account is locked, do not know the reasons, I sent several emails to support but they return an answer that seems to be automatic,

Tem algo errado aí.

 

Se eles disseram que você usou programa ilegal, é porque o server deu um scan no seu PC. Não nele todo, mas no relativo ao jogo.

O único soft legal é o que o pessoal usa para desenvolver o jogo em flash e um plugin para o windows vista/7.

 

Se vocês instalaram um outro soft e não fizeram a devida desinstalação...
