The advantage of continuous firepower

Why should certain guns enjoy the advantage of continuous firepower ? I see it so many times that a couple of tanks equipped with either Twins or Ricochet can hold off twice as many tanks equipped with Smoky , Rail or Isida.

 

Fairness returns when the battlefield is a larger map, but there are relatively few of these... And how about the Isida driver ? His / her weapon is only effective at close range, and yet they do not have continuous fire !

The weapons having continuous fire are twins, smoky and thunder. Rico can give out around 15 shots before it slows down and shoots two times slower due to charging. I havent verified that, but Twins M3 probably have higher damage per minute than Rico M3. Now Rico has higher damage per second, until it loses charge. Just pick a weapon you like.

infact no gun has unlimited firepower! twins has super quick energy going down proces (at M3 180 shots per minute) and an extremely quick cooldown, so the thing is that every gun has special stuff

I still stand by my opinion that Twins have continuous firepower compared to Smoky and Rail. The tank with Twins can drive around spraying fire all the time... 180 shots per minute ? that's a pretty good 'special feature'... :)

 

But there are other advantages that twins enjoy...

 

We know the familiar situation where 2 tanks are either side of a ramp and (partially hidden from each other). The Smoky fires in a straight line, so the driver has to wait for a clear shot, but the fire from Twins does something very useful in this situation - it drops slightly in a curve. It means that the Smoky driver is constantly taking damage... The same thing happens when Twins hold higher ground - for example in Sandbox.

 

Also, having 2 guns side by side means the firepower is spread over a wider area - in other words Twins does not need to be so accurate in aiming.

 

Here is another advantage - when Twins and Smoky / Rail face each other, the constant fire of Twins knocks the Smoky / Rail around so much it is difficult to fire an accurate shot (especially true of Wasp with Smoky / Rail of course. Death soon follows...

 

Tanki is great fun with all the different tanks and weapons available - but I just wish that Smoky and Rail could have a slightly faster reload time.

Every tank has got a special feature

Smoky, Twins - Pushback effect

Railgun - Can destroy multiple tanks and knock them off most of the times

Thunder - Splash damage

Freeze - Freeze the movement of tank

Rico - Bouncing fireballs

Shaft - sniper view, Destroy multi tanks

 

 

But whats special about firebird
