Hacker! Thunder fast reload with speed hack (PROOF)

I JUST joined the battle, and on the other team was this guy with a thunder that traveled fast and started firing too fast to be in the game. In the end, a bunch of guys told someone to record him so i did. NOTICE* i have no kills in the video because this guy was LITERALLY moving us down.

The guy's name is Vunu2013

This was the highest resolution i could post on youtube. But you can still see his rapid firing thunder

and NO my computer was not lagging, its the speed hack that made his tank move so choppy.
