How do you upload a sound file with the video file?

How do you upload a sound file with the video file (Commentary Video)?

See, I like to do a commentary on tanki, but I don't know how to do it. I got the sound file and the video file ready, but I can't record it together.

My sound editor is WavePad sound editor and video is Bandicam 10min version

If you want the easy way; I would go with windows voice recorder, just play a recorded battle video on your computer and record your voice with windows voice recorder.

However, there are better ways, I leave that on to the people who're going to post below.

I think I may help... Use Windows Movie Maker! Open the bandicam video file, and then select the sound file as if it was music. To open the Bandicam one, click on the big white space; for music - or in this case commentary, there should be a button where you can select music.
