How do i open the map after downloading?

I try nd follow the instructions and im stuck on step 4 cant go to 5 i get an error message: Error #2044: Unhandled ioError:. text=Error #2032: Stream Error. URL: file:///C|/Documents%20and%20Settings/oscar%20jaramillo/Desktop/MM.SilenceTesting/data/config.xml

at ConfigXMLLoader/run()

i looked closer and i think:

The map is too BIG and WIDE in many areas.

its good but i rather Silence ( Edition 1-2 )
