So,I realised somthing a wile ago.Modorators can't be everywhere at once so we should have modorators helpers!

Thay are mostly people that fit the description of modorators but are under age.

Thay receve no power but the power to temporaly lock topics until the modorator agrees to lock it perminantly.

If the modorator however does not agree to lock it the topic than the topic will be unlocked.

Modorator helpers will be chosen by the modorators.

Thay will have an advitar in the fourm that looks like a modorator symbol but whith a little modorator symbol behind the big one.

P.M. me to learn more.

P.S. to all modorators i am writing this because i respect modorators.

This could be a good idea if moderator helpers were trustful, and didn't use their power to cause trouble.

I suggest that you P.M. MadDog about the idea.

LOL. You're too funny :D

MadDog21 isn't a MOD anymore. He resigned.

The moderators are the assistants of the administration, this way we would have the assistants of the assistants :D

You know, the problem is that moderators' work is not only to lock topics.

And giving just a little single power to someone is a huge responsibility that you can't give to random people.

@private005 May I ask why you suggested to pm maddog?

I like the idea, for training as well. But I do not think this will be implemenented though...

Why not to make him moderator then?

Because that person is under age, as the topic owner said in the first post.

So it's not trustworthy!

That is not entirely true, who says people under 21 can't be trusted?

I do understand and respect the age limit for a moderator. But this is about their helpers, they'll have smaller responsibility.

They have to make sure that the person they give powers to it's mature.

Sometimes it's true, age means nothing. But sometimes it means more than something. And they don't want to risk (again)
