Can I apply for a Consultant?

Hello, It's Wiki-goo here- I want my Wiki-goo account to apply for the Consultant. As I must be at least 16, it will be 2 years for me. Am I allowed to become a consultant, if I've been banned several times for a week? I really want to help out people, but as I'm not part of staff, I'm breaking the Complaints section rule. It may be two years till my 16th Birthday but I really want to help people, as that's what I want to do. And I know I need to apply for the rules which I'm trying to do. My birthday is on 19 th February. Do not make fun out of this topic, please cause now I'm being serious. If you start trolling I'll report to administration.

And about what I was saying: It takes TWO YEARS before you can apply as a consultant, why bring it up now. Just wait two more years and don't talk about it now.
