Little detail with Thunder

When you fire with Thunder it would be very cool if you could see a sort of yellow short string flying through the air. It's a minimal detail but I really think it would make fighting with the weapon look much cooler.

You're right, I play with Thunder always now but havent thought about this advantage.

But another thing I would enjoy if it changed is the sound. I've always thought the Thunder is like the bigger brother if Smoky. But I dont like the Thunders sound. Instead of "DA-DUM", wouldn't a sound like a bigger Smoky be cooler? Like simply a big masculine "BOM" with a short, fast, snappy, powerful sound to it? =D

So I can sit and camp and just "BOM".."BOM".."BOM".."BOM".. and it sounds very lethal and scary lol. The current sound doesn't respresent the power of the weapon!

Sounding so geeky, Im not so serious just in case anyone worrys about my head...

Thunder has a knockback reducer; which gives a slight whizzle at the end of the shot.

The reducer can be considered as a turbo charger; which is powered by the heat the weapon produces.

If you want the smoky shot (without a knockback reducer) you will increase the knockback, but it has no effect on the enemy.

The shot goes faster; thus more powerfull when the reducer does its work, it also gives more stabilty.

The smoky is made without a knockback reducer because the heat it produces is nothing compared to an M3 thunder, and has a smaller caliber.

so a reducer on smoky is basically death weight... it needs heat to function.

I prefer zeus... fits with the sound.

Agreed, it also fits the name..

But another thing I would enjoy if it changed is the sound.

I love the sound of Thunder, it sounds very vigorous. Best gun sound of the game in my opinion.
