What about allies?

If I make allies with another clan that means we don't go against each other - but is it allowed, that you can ask help from another clan to battle with your clan? This would mean like 2 clans Vs 1 clan, but with the same amount of players in each team. Is this allowed?

Making Allies with clans is not forbidden. It means you don't have war with that clan. But do like trainings with eachother.

And no, it is clan vs. clan, not 2 clans vs. 1 clan. Unless accepted by the 1 clan.

You can also be allied with another team and do training war AND official war but it should be clear between two leader if this game is official or not :P
