Problems have been discovered on "...cloud-ix.net" nodes. If you have such nodes in your traceroute statistics — just wait until it will be fixed.

To do this test, you will need to follow the following steps:

 

1) Open the "Commands Prompt" from Start-->Commands Prompt

2) Write

tracert c5.tankionline.com

3) Click "Send" and wait till your PC finish the task

4) Take a screen of the results and post them here

If you look carefully, I've the mentioned "..cloud-ix.net" nodes.

 

P.S Please guys, do this test, it's really important. Pretty much players complained about lags and problems, now you have the chance to give infos usefull to resolve such problems. Take part in this test, I think we will see less lags soon!

click windows taskbar start button then find "run..." and type "cmd" and press "enter" (or search "cmd" directly - without "run..."). You should see window like those posted in posts above. Type "tracert c5.tankionline.com" (without "") and press "enter". When it ends click right button wherever in window, then choose "select all" then press "ctrl"+"c" to copy it. Then paste it in your post in forum ("ctrl"+"v")

I suggest Tanki change to Old Tanki until this problem is fix :) Coz Im getting annoying with this problem
