hi guys

i have a problem with technicall support it is they dont want to reply i have a banned account and they tell me to wait 1-30 days but i cant i'm waiting in 8 days i cant wait more please remove the banned if you want to help send me a pm i i will explain to you the problem

every time i send them a message they reply with this :
