Could you imagine me, becoming administrator?

Now this may sound awkward, but if you make a website, then you're obviously admin of your web site, if you make a forum. This means, that you can bann people (Probably), make new sections, lock topics, make sections, where only admins and mods can enter. Well, as I'm close of making my own clan, I started making my own web site. The web site will be all about my clan (Like IC clan has) and a bit about tanki as well. I added forum, and there are soo many options! Please don't critisize, but if you would like to, one day you can visit, or even register on my web site. But remember, that I will have rules there as well, so please don't make a mess there. The web site will be:
