Let me tell you, how it works.

If you have a password for any account in game you can only log in...and that's all. If you want to change E-mail or password, you press the button and we send e-mail to your box. So, if you don't know password for e-mail box, you can't change anything.

And the administration continues without leaving a record of at least IP and mac ls last 4 connections for each user. So they would know who and where you connect the violator's account and cancel your ip and mac for life. -

The siolucion is very simple, but do not want to give any hacker punishments. -

With this update we try to escape from this situation. Every account will be safe, if it has unic e-mail.

About e-mail, I had following problem with Skype, which works similar to you registration method:

I was away and meanwhile, my email service provider changed country domain from .srb to .rs and I automatically lost my account, because I forgot the password.

Same happened to my fried who's email provider changed name from sezampro to orion and he forgot the password and inbox was no longer available

Can you explain what to do in these cases-Name in email remains, but country domain or provider name changes (and forgot password in the same time without possibility to see email inbox)?

 

Just briefly explain the flow how to resolve that kind of issue.

Yes, if you forgot your password for e-mail, or provider name change, can you just reset e-mail password? If no, so you can write to help@tankionline.com and explaine your case. We can open up your e-mail confirmation form in settings window, so you can change your e-mail in game.

Allow me to ask, if you stopped 2.0 upgrade, when we will have the honnor to use the SELL option in garage? I have multiple hulls and turrets that i don't use and i could use some diamonds to upgrade the things that i actually use. I think i've sent you hundreds of emails and requests for selling some items but nothing happened. Think about that please!!
