Let me tell you, how it works.

If you have a password for any account in game you can only log in...and that's all. If you want to change E-mail or password, you press the button and we send e-mail to your box. So, if you don't know password for e-mail box, you can't change anything.

 

Hi. 1st of all I believe it is great that you guys are actually doing something about that. But I would like to refer you to another older thread where some users expressed concern about the visibility of their emails. For obvious reasons and security if it ever happens a third party access our account we do not want him to see our full email address and we believe this sensitive detail should be either:

 

1) hidden from the Settings Menu

 

2) or, as is common practice with many other websites/organisations, partially show the email address, e.g, instead of showing " Vladimir_is_great@emaildomain.com " we could just have " *****************@emaildomain.com " or " V****************@emaildomain.com "

 

So on behalf of everyone on the other thread I wanted to ask you if such a thing could be worked out or even if you have another solution to that problem ?

Otherwise i too vote for the email option to be hidden, or simply be dealt with with more security in mind. these are sensitive information no one wants to leave behind the day their tanki account gets hacked..

i send for help me to remove the ban on my account got hacked by hacker then i returned it back using my email after that when i open it i saw it banned permently with no reason i never hack in and i never give my pass for any one i need help help@tankionline.com didint help me
