No disrepect but are you joking???? Seriously don't insult my intelligence by stating "complaint has been addressed and solution recommended"

My question was not even acknowledged. I want a full refund of the funds I have paid into Tanki because it is unplayable due to provable SERVER SIDE issues.

 

If you would like to continue condescending intelligent PAYING users then you are biting the hand that feeds you and there will be consequences.

I have been waiting for almost 6 months without solution. All I see is "we are working on it."

This is nonsense and Tanki has long since lost all credibility.

I am not trying to insult your intelligence. Unfortunately, there is no refund. I am not in a position to tell you everything would be fixed in Tanki because that would be a lie. All I can tell you is that TOL value you as customer and would not want to lose you or your friends. And they are working to get the game better. All we asks is to be patient and stay with us.

Appreciate your response but try to understand my frustration, especially following such a generic response to my post suggesting my specific setup is at fault. After almost 20 years in IT I can confidently state that is laughable.

 

I have just tried to battle again and experienced the same disconnection issues. I can live with the lag but playing for 2 minutes then being disconnected for 2 minutes is just totally unacceptable. This sequence is a common occurrence.

 

I play several on-line games and TOL should be the least demanding but performs the worst. Clearly this should be a matter of urgency for remediation but as I stated after almost 6 months it is only becoming worse.

I know the answer WHY this is so. Should I state the obvious??

 

Ideally there ought to be sufficient resources to accommodate all players however this is clearly not the case.

Therefore I believe paying players should ABSOLUTELY be given priority connections until all issues are sufficiently resolved. The reality is we keep the game alive. Instead those of us with problems are being totally ignored and quite simply not receiving what has been paid for.

 

This is a dire scenario for TOL and if they do actually give a damn then surely improvements would have been made LONG ago.

 

TOL needs to take this VERY seriously right now.

Well said...check out the servers they use, Stone age servers....but realy cheap.

I will never buy anything again from this game, bad investiment.

Oh yes there will be a refund and there is a method. TOL has no intention of 'fixing' these issues.

Any refunds need to be requested at help@tanionline.com. I am not saying you will get one, but here is not the place to ask for one. For the rest of you, please read the rules. You are not allowed to comment on a complaint topic. Consider this your warning.
