I'm Making A Clan.... Hopefully!

Since I can't seem to find the last post i made on this subject, i have to write a new one:

 

Ever since I found out about clans on tanki online, I wanted to join one! Then I found out I had to be a major first. I thought that wasn't fair and now want to make my own little clan. From what I can figure from the information the forum provided, I gather a clan really is a bunch of people meeting a certian place and time. The trouble is knowing if that person is your friend or not, in my opinion. So, i'm going to start by asking you if you agree or/and and want to join my clan. I'm thinking of calling it "The Pistols", but nothing is offical. I am setting a time for meeeting, usually at a battle starting with the name "Pistol", (mind the caps) Mon-Thurs, 2pm-4pm by my watch. Now since there are time differences I can see we have a problem. So the best way to find a proper time to work out for everyone is: to reply to this post! Thank you for reading my artical!

why can't I? The information i recieved on clans said only that they meet at a certain place and time, thats nearly all it said. Besides i just want a small group a friends. Whats wrong with that? Explain why I can't?

You of course can have a group of friends. But not of your low of rank, in a clan, with a topic on the forum. Unofficial clans are not allowed to have a topic.

If you want to make an un-official clan, you can make your own website. (Freeforums.org, Webs.com) Then, if people want to join, send them to your clan website.

I don't know how to make a website! Thanks for the suggestion anyways. Maybe instead of a clan i can call it a club or something else?
