Can't Continue Almost Any Tanki Matches Anymore_HELP!

OK My problems stems like this:

The screen doesn't really freeze. I can still move and tank, attack and stuff but kills, captures and deaths aren't acknowledged. Every player, except for me, just continues on what they were doing last.

E.G.

A moving freeze circling its opponent will keep on moving in circles and tanks will keep moving forward(right, left, backwards, etc.) until they crash into a wall, another tank, or fall of a cliff.

This never happened much before, When it did, it was only like 10 seconds, 1 minute at the max. Now it reaches 10 to 20 minutes and the screen doesn't budge.

I've tried everything that the other forums have stated-

Turning off soft partiucles,

Turning off Shadows under tank, etc

In the first link, the freeze kept on charging onwards and moving like that,

in the second, the railgun keeps on hitting the wall and the tank on the right never forms

In the third, its not very clear but two tanks are stuck and keep on moving forward, but being stuck, nothing really happens.

I also mostly play Sandbox and when this situation occurs, everyone just keeps on moving forward like tanks trying to climb the ledges of the boundaries of the map.

This is annoying to the extreme and I really want to play matches without worrying that the game battle would stop in the middle of the fight, beacuse then I would need to refresh and things that have happened might not have happened if I was still there to prevent it.

I know its not my internet connection or internet speed because everything else works fine and fast-like 9gag, Garena, etc. and every other window is closed, No one else is using the internet and Utorrent was extracting any files.

I really want to play without all the worry hassle and rage.
