U mad? Besides Twins M3 already have 5 - 8 power! You would rather say 7 - 10 damage. And that gun could be used in big ranks as well! But I think, that there should be M4 upgrades for SPECIFIC guns, such as Smoky, Firebird and Twins. Twins M4 would be in white, red or orange colour (May be purple) and would have 7 - 10 damage. It would be great, by having first 3 guns M4 upgrades, so we could still use them with Marshal ranks - and I mean only those 3 guns and not any other with M4 upgrades - what do you think of that?

Well, soon you won't be able to use Twins. cause then the weapon will be so useless, that you could rarely kill someone! Twins are good if you use them no longer till Captain rank, I think - I haven't used them for ages and I can't even use them properly!
