I think we should have people watching the chat because I've seen a lot of nasty things. And i think those people should get a few extra crystals or something, maybe not.

I'm really good at this - I always find someone that's breaking the rules, but I don't have time to report them, as I'll lose my D/L :D

i think that they should aloud more players to be able to stop others from talking nasty things in the game and in the chat. there is a lot of curses and stuff and it hurts others until they explode and kill the personell in their schools

There are i didn't know that! But i think we need something that insures people are'nt using bad language and curses and stuff like that. Something like on other games were it won't let you type certain words. Know what i mean?

That would be really hard to implent, as people can use dots and stuff and still make it readable.

there are also MODs on to that monitor the chatroom but like everyone they to are no online allday.

There are 25 Servers, we have 8 Chat Mods + 4 Consultants with powers atm. Server Chats - we try to keep them clean.

 

But for battle Chats - there are thousands of battles, do you really think we will get Mods to look at EVERY battle? :D

Yes, there are Spectators - Chat Mods have this mode, aswell as some DJs.But DJs aren't allowed to use the Spectator mode while not livestreaming.And even when they livestream a battle and people swear, the DJs can't do anything because they don't have powers.

Meaning only Mods can solve the problem, unfortunately, we can't get 10000 Mods.

Yeah, censoring, it already exists in the game, it censores some words, but as some people said, people use intervals, dots, symbols, etc...

FBI, I think this guy is saying we need more people to WATCH the battles since we only got 8 mods and they don't usually check battles for profane words.

As I said, other people aren't allowed to use the Spectator mode.And even if they were, they don't have powers, so they have to report violations to Chat Mods.Mods will get thousands of reports every day, which is the same...

Yes, I agree, we need more Moderators (especially Forum ones - here it's even worse), we need Chat too.But even if we get, we can't get a thousand.

Unfortunately, most people don't fit the Mod requirements...

I never said TankiOnline needed 10k mods. I know that players don't have those powers. Actually I think it's worse in the game. In the forum, you and the other consultants (and) Moderators have been doing a pretty good job cleaning this place up. As for the game chat, there are probably 10x more people on it than the forum which makes it more likely for kids to use profane language. Looking at the game chat, I usually see way more profanity just sitting there with no moderator cleaning it up than on the forum.

Another thing, Consultants don't have Forum powers, we can't clean anything.We all rely on the 3-4 Forum Mods.

I'm just saying that we can't get people to look at EVERY battle.But we definitely need more Mods, unfortunately, as said, most of the people don't fit the requirements...

Nah, that won't work.Forum powers means locking/editing/deleting/moving topics, editing/deleting posts.This means to be a Moderator.But most of us, the Consultants aren't 21+ (the Mod requirements).

this problem can be solved very easily its called a report button in chat and in battles click the name of the player who breaks the rules in chat whatever that maybe and the highlighted text gets saved to be read later by a moderator with powers...this is not a numbers of moderators or lack of them its just more cool to get a special avatar rather than review the endless infractions thanklessly behind the curtain. how many players are there that's the potential of number of observers there are so according to tanki thats now over 16,000,000 if you take away multiple account makers thats probably closer to 500,000 serious users. I repeat this is not about how many people with powers there are.

Because people are not applying; or people are to dumb in this community to fit the job.

and most of us are under 21, so not many people get picked.
