Coolcody, the tanki support team needs to verify that you're the owner. You will need to send as much information as possible. Like what time/date did you buy crystals. When did you last login, what is the last thing you bought in the garage, IP adresses etc. etc.

I think you have to resend the e-mail though.

help desk is a load of bollocks, i say just pm an admin or just deal with it

In my opinion they are doing the best they can to help people. If you will PM an admin, I don't think he will answer, otherwise.. if he answers, he will give it to the support team.

As they mailed cody, just wait for it.
