I don't think there will be a sale before the re-balance, probally the re-balance will happen before christimas because the devs said it will come very soon.

Well you could wait for a sale to buy M3, but if the rebalance comes after that, you loose your garage anyhow.

If you can buy M3 now, at least you could enjoy it for a while.

There hasn't been any official announcement of what exactly the re-balance will bring for us. The test server only has variants of what might come out of it. I don't see the point of even discussing it yet. And again its not a matter of choice, the re-balance will still take place. As it is clear that no one knows what the re-balance is so I don't see any reason to protest.
