60 minutes for nothing

hi

 

i was yesterday in island for 60minutes

my score was 1850 the second's score was 800 and the third went out...the battle fund was more than 400..in the last minute..screen became black like this

 

 

i thought that when i play tanki again, i would get the crystals since i saw that screen when there was 1 minute remaining

after 5 minutes i entered tankionline, and nothing in my crystals increased

i have screen shoot, but it is just when 45 minutes remaining, and we were the winners, but i didnt press (tab).

does this matter?

when i can assure that i would get my fund in any coming game?

You returned after 5 minutes...Of course your crystals wouldn't increase, since you didn't finish the battle.

If you refreshed, probably you would return in the game.

For a return of crystals, you can check this.

when i got out(the black screen)...the remaining time = 1 minute

after 5 or 10 minutes

i saw that i got nothing

 

normally

if i have internet problem, or the laptop restarts, and i come back to the game within 5 minutes, i come back as i didn't go out

and if the battle finish within these minutes, i get reward,

the game finished after 1 minute after i had that screen

the problem is not with me

should i just collect crystals and wait gold box? since, maybe i play hours for nothing

BTW the same happened to my brother before some days. He spent many drugs and played for more than 2 hours

You just returned in the battle, but after 5 minutes, meaning after the battle ended, right?Well, you have to be in the battle till the end to get your reward...You weren't there at the end, so you didn't get the reward.

go garage, or refresh

and they got crystals when the game finished

blame your system

instead of blaming me

The players refresh and if they go back in the battle within 5 minutes and stay TILL THE END of the battle, they get reward.

The system is not MINE.

What good things do you want? I told you, check this.If you have proof, you may get crystals.But with no proof...

'Seeing the score', or whatever is not PROOF.To get crystals you need proof.

Nothing.I told you, you need proof for getting any crystals.

In Tanki, proof means screenshot(s)/video(s).

 

You can file a claim for return of crystals if:

 

1. Disconnect from battle happened due to “Tanki Online” fault

 

2. Crystals were not added to your garage even after server restart

 

3. you have a screenshot with all players in the battle.

 

4. battle fund was over 200 crystals

 

 

If you have all of the following you can file a claim with help@tankionline.com and your crystals will be returned to you

Sending the email milions of times will just slow down the process and may even freeze it.

Or maybe you didn't have enough proof.

I can't give crystals to anyone, and even the people that can, won't give you, because again - you have no proof. Imagine what will happen if we give crystals to players that don't have any proof, that just say 'I lost crystals, return them'.
