How does the help, that works through automatic replies help?

I sent it many times to help@tankionline.com

and they replied me yesterday every time i send any information or discuss them with the automatic reply which is below with white background

 

 

Hello, you contacted the "Tanki Online" technical support. We have reviewed your request and are ready to answer.

We can not provide you with compensation for the lost crystal fund if you left the battle for your own reasons and could not go back within two minutes, during which your game statistics are saved. If the battle was interrupted because of our actions, then the compensation will be credited to you automatically, according to the stored information about the battle funds.

As i sent to them, it was not my own reason. I live in Palestine, and my friends in KSA, and they all had the same thing (out from the game) with no reward. but i hadn't the compensation go to my account automatically????? i had the game in may and that was not my reason, and they still sending the same automatic reply

 

i sent them the last idea, and i had the same automatic reply

You can file a claim for return of crystals if:

 

1. Disconnect from battle happened due to “Tanki Online” fault

 

2. Crystals were not added to your garage even after server restart

 

3. you have a screenshot with all players in the battle.

 

4. battle fund was over 200 crystals

 

 

all of these apply to my case

but no reward came

and they send the same automatic reply

Yes, I helped.Told him to send the email, that's all I can do.I am not a Developer, I don't have access to the Game system, so I can't return crystals, I can't do anything for players' accounts.That's why we, Consultants and Mods - always say, we can't do anything about account block/unblock, crystals, etc.Mods can just control Chat/Forum, Consultants - Chat.Nothing more.

 

@OP I don't know why they didn't help you, maybe they decided that the proof is not enough.All you can do is send the email again and if you get the same answer, to stop asking for a reward, since, obviously, you won't get it (if you don't get any help after sending the email again).
