You can't create a server - this sounds extremely stupid.

You can create a battle.

As for your idea - yes, the idea of having a gun/tank 'filter' when creating a battle is planned, but won't come very soon.

Indeed, which is why we have no supplies battles, right?

Having options to limit what is in and out would be really good, for those that want it, but as you point out now supplies (and no proetction paints) would need to be options.

It depends on what they are doing to the servers. Be patient.
