wat to do, if removed from battle!?

Just 30-40 minutes back from now, I was playing in Silence CTF in server 19. I was in red team and we were leading 12-5. I was the second highest just 30-40 point less than the highest guy in my team. The battle fund was also above 390+ at least or 400+. Then SUDDENLY there was lag, when i refresh it again I was already taken out of the battle. My internet was also working fine that time.

Now, in such a situation, i`m sure you would not expect someone to take a constant picture of the battle every now and then. Can you please help me get my reward.....please..

If you want more details of the battle, i do my best to give evrything that i remember.

You can file a claim for return of crystals if:

 

1. Disconnect from battle happened due to “Tanki Online” fault

 

2. Crystals were not added to your garage even after server restart

 

3. you have a screenshot with all players in the battle.

 

4. battle fund was over 200 crystals

 

 

If you have all of the following you can file a claim with help@tankionline.com and your crystals will be returned to you.
