Flash player has a single cache that it shares across all platforms... Clearing the cache through firefox or internet explorer should clean it from everywhere. Not sure about Chrome as Chrome has its own built-in flash plugin.

 

OP: Have you tried changing your browser? Internet Explorer or Chrome? If no, Then can you please try and tell us if that solves your problem.
