Opinions on the rebalance.

I am not liking this rebalance cause m2 and m3 and some m1 got way more expensive. Now I can't afford a firebird m1! :(

So you're saying you like the rebalance? WELL, I HATE IT.

 

Reasons:

 

1) Low ranks (ex: Staff Sergeant) now have access to Tier 2 weapons like Shaft, Thunder, and Freeze. Those weapons are available in the first few ranks in the game. So you're basically handing off those weapons to a novice who is new to TANKI. What ever happened to Tier 1 and Tier 2? There is none now, because of this rebalance. It would actually make SENSE to start off with Smoky rather than Thunder, right? Smoky is Tier 1 and Thunder is Tier 2. And Firebird is Tier 1 and Freeze is Tier 2. And so on and so forth.

 

2) Tankionline didn't fix the lag. INSTEAD, they did this rebalance. The lag in Tankionline has been going on for many MONTHS, and the homepage still says "Temporary server lags"? So it has been going on for months now and they call it "temporary"? We need to actually be able to play the GAME, not having each minute of battle have "spinning tanks". And it is not our fault, because our internet is perfectly fine.

 

3) The prices of the turrets, hulls, and paints went up. Sure, you got a refund for all the stuff you bought before the rebalance, but is it enough to buy some stuff? Say you spent 15k worth of stuff before the rebalance. Now you get back 15k. And you look at the prices of the turrets and hulls. You want to buy this specific turret, hull or paint. It costs a lot. You can only get it to M1. And you look at the paints. You can only afford a paint with only one protection. And now you're out of crystals. "Very fun, right?"

 

That's it for my reasons I hate the rebalance. I hope you don't say tl;dr and actually READ IT. Good luck.

 

Dude, you hit the nail on the head. .... M3 tanks….out of price range. You’re blown up far more now then before since an M3 thank is out of price range now. Simply not anywhere as fun as it once was. I'm still waiting when Tanki will release an upgrade that benefits the game and it’s players. They've only gotten worsen since this mess all began in Aug.

Some may find rebalance difficult...Tho as it may be. I think it promotes more of a team effort, which takes alot more skill than the constant overuse of Battle Supplies...I have been in some incredible games since..."The easy road is not always the best, especially where sport is concerned!"..."Sorry if some don't agree with me. I'd honestly like to know where they got their numbers from. Look at the prices, they are so scrambled. Old prices were in multiples of 2 3 4 or 5. Now it's just completely destroyed.

 

I'd like to bet some business executive in Tanki office carefully calculated the prices for the maximum amount of profit.

The majority said they want old prices back , i think tanki should listen , the game severs are empty and only 1,2,3,4 have people in them. alot of people left due to the fact that 2.0 has been promised for 3 years until tanki finally says it all a con so tankmen have hope that it might happen.

Just a note to the Developers, being one of your many customer who's previous objections to the way the rebalance was enacted where Ignored. I wanted to say HI & Thanks. I'm still playing your addictive little game, despite the lags, terrible customer service, removal of stuff I'd already bought. In fact I have to say I really like a lot of the changes since the rebalance, sure tanks seem a bit slower, you can buy experience and it costs way more to get a full garage.. but it doesn't matter, because it's free!! well ignoring the 100 Euro I already foolishly spent on the game, Its free!!! That is to say while I'll continue to play your game, but I'll never spend real money on it again!!! So thank you TankI.com for saving me two or three hundred euro that I probably would have spent if you hadn't turned the rebalance into a shameless money grabbing exercise, showing no respect for the majority of your paying customer base. Now what will I do with all the money I saved..

That just makes the game more challenging. The problem is with people who are buyers who have paid that they have in effect lost money due to the increased prices of the guns. This is the main problem with the rebalance.

but all the upgrades cost way more and you have to be a higher rank, turrets are very unfair, incomplete specifications of guns, it just keeps going on!

Guys, clam down.

The reason for the re-balance (I think, so I could be wrong in every way I tell you,) was to in a way make new weapons. Tanki couldn't think of new weapons so they changed the prices so basically every turret and hull in tanki is new. The prices, I personally (And I'm sure some of you others will agree) think are for tanki to get triple the money. You USED to be able to buy when you are around WO5 (When you USED get all m3 I think[except for shaft]). So when you get WO5 you could buy a couple hundred crystals and BAM! You have everything M3 and paints. But now you need to be a generalizzmasefghmo (The highest rank) to get everything M3. So if you want to get everything M3, you have to buy triple the crystals and use half or more of it on exp to get there. And Tanki wants you to buy and that explains why you will get a Double Crystals Card (DCC) almost everyday (or every other) even if you will never buy. ^_^

"Why fix something that is not broken?" That's a great quote, I miss the good o'l days of tanki. Well after all they are going to realize they are losing money, players, and world of tanks will have 70 million players in a couple months.
