How To custom make paints:

Steps in Lines:

• Download Tanki viewer ( the program will be Downloaded as Zip file to unpack it please follow these steps )
  

1:Right click on the folder

2:Extract here ( put it on a folder )

• open paint
  
• using the picture ( texture ) you have already gotten for the paint paste in paint
  
• open the Tanki viewer program folder and open data and find the pictures for the paints and tanks.
  
• paste your Done custom made paint and name it a correct name from Colormap_01 to Colormap_55
  

Attention

that will replace the paint that is already named Colormap_??

• open tankiviewer
  
• keep looking throught the paints until it comes out on your tank ( on order eg: colormap_01 .. 02 .. 03 .. 04 )

Your video is outdated, since the new version of TankViewer is slightly different.

If you are still using the old version this is a great guide, but didn't you make such a topic about six months ago?

Not bad. skitee already made a how to topic of this. (just saying). I think his was more clear.

paste your Done custom made paint and name it a correct name from Colormap_01 to Colormap_55

Colormap_01 to Colormap_55 is what it came with believe. The ones people make should be named with the number increasing; ex; Colormap_56, Colormap_57, etc.

 

It is also hard to see some of the stuff in the video..

True, but I mean the names of the paints (colormap_1) and the maps. In the new version you have the map data, and then you have two different maps: colormaps and custom_textures.

This means you have to type something different in config, and save your paints in a different map (not just data). Most people will probably understand, but the ones that really need a guide might not.

well its really not complicated if he can't do this basic stuff how do u excpect him to Actually learn new stuff or create besides once u watch this vid its easy to create in any V ..
