issue with being banned from chat

I tried to send this to the player that banned my other acct but it says that they cannot get any new messages so i put the issue here hoping tha someone can fix it.

My accont " Playerphase" is banned from chat for no reason please look at the post.. its the direct link to the post..

it says that another player is banned but not me, if im banned for some reason please explain why. cuz as far as i can see i posted a complaint in the right place and said wha my problem was and tried to see if i was the only player having this issue

oh and im still having issues and i dont see anything in my internet options to cleaning my cache please help and fix the bann

i have cleaned out the cache finally and tried to get into a batle but all it does is try to load and after about 5 min is says that the connection is closed.

In addition to the basic rules of the forum and this section.

There is another rule for replying to topics made in this section! (Complaints)

 

Firstly, In this section only the following can respond to the topics created.

Moderators,

Candidates for Moderators,

Administrators,

Consultants,

Staff Members of AlternativaPlatform,

And, The people who were involved in the complain as well as the witnesses.

 

Breaking this rule will end up as a ban in chat and forum.

Repeated violations will lead to a permanent ban.

 

All others who have something to say, Kindly send a PM to a Forum Moderator.

It is reminded that posting screenshots of the Chat Violations (Profanity, Insults, etc) in this section are strictly prohibited.

Ignorance of this rule will be punished by a ban!
