Rebalance Best Tank?

We all know there is going to be a huge rebalance, where all the stats are going to be changed, and there will not be any tiers. The stats are supposed to be about the same, but clearly thats not true. As seen in the most recent test server video posted here (

) m3 hornet has 166 health, while m3 mammoth has a massive 400 health, and the amount of damage shaft does has barely changed. Of course, these stats are not final, but based on the stats in the video, what is in your opinions the best tank to have after the rebalance?
