And I already explained 10 times that the rebalance won't be cancelled, the old Tanki won't be returned.

I will do you a favor. Give you some advice. If you should succeed in getting a job in the real world, talking to paying customers like this will get you fired, with good reason.

If you in the real world used terms as "understand" or just communicate the way you do here, you will be fired.

I do get the point, that this re-balance (re-buy) will not be cancelled. My payments will though and you can consider me an ex-customer.

Behaving like you do, expecting that deeply frustrated customers will just shut up instead of airing their opinion here, is downright insulting.

Look at the front page - "DISCUSS in forum". TANKI ONLINE asked for the discussion but you cannot deal with unhappy customers. How lousy is that. Further the Stalinist approach to criticism is childish and unworthy.

Worst of all, I see no signs of Tanki Online involving itself in the discussion, except your not too constructive posts, no damage control, no nothing. I now know everything about this company there is to know. Look at the current prices in tanki, they expect people to pay impressive amount of money, you are running real business. They have have to behave like one. And no, animated videos is not how you do it.

Bye tanki. You failed miserably.

Tell me, if you repeat the same thing at least 5 times a day, every day, at the end of the week, won't you start being more 'direct'?

You confirm that you and tanki are helpless. You do not know how to deal with customers. No, you will not be direct. Ever. And no, I will not give you lessons. I will just leave. Unhappy customers do. Then you will have no one to yell at. Get the point?

Start with this easy to understand definition of "customer" service and move forward from there:

"Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. According to Turban et al. (2002),[1] "Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction – that is, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation."

No more $ for tanki. No more input to you. Bye.

I don't want rebalance, I don't want rebalance etc etc. is NOT a discussion. So yes, the ones only saying that should shut up, because they add NOTHING to the DISCUSSION!

If they want to discuss, they have to give their reasons with it.

Also, Federal is a consultant, he is here to answer our questions, which he does, or at least tries to do.

Hi guys, i just wanted 2 talk about the recent Rebalance Update that was just released a couple of days ago. I know that it was a huge rip-off and that we are all upset and fuming. i can barely argue with u all. i had been working on the Smoky (m3) and the Titan (m2) Now I have to pretty much start over. I Have to have to lose those things that i had gained over the MONTHS! now every thing is TOO EXPENSIVE! But i guess that then again we have to consider the expresion " you have to have $ to do just about everything today" i am starting to wonder if this update was 4 the better or worst for this website (i am guessing door # 2 ): i Like this game a LOT, but this update has got me thinking over the past couple of days. now i bet World of Tanks is winning the popularity battle. :(

Khusainov is the Russian Community manager...Firstly, he won't answer you, because he gets thousands of messages every day, secondly, he cannot reset your garage again and give you the crystals...Actually NO ONE will do it.You got your crystals back when the rebalance happened, you had to check everything carefully before buying.If now they return you the crystals AGAIN, they'll have to do it again for ALL the players, because you aren't so special, they can't give something only to you.

 

 

Me too, but there is nothing we can do.

No, every single individual does not have to give reasons. If they leave taking their money with them, then Tanki Online know all they need to know: they have to act. And if they don't, they need to communicate and with manners.

You simply don't get the point. A discussion is to ask for feedback. We are the customers. They deliver the service, we PAY for. Customers here add plenty of arguments. Storms of "Don't want it" is enough argument in this context. Thousands and thousands of customers are unhappy. A company does not need more. Many posts with same content say something about how big the problem is. Look at the size of this thread and the one in Russian, closed by the moderators. Customer care? No, totalitarian methods applied.

Perhaps your logic works well in the school yards, but not in this context.

Customer service is not for amateurs. As a "consultant" he should also have manners, and no matter how angry customers are, behave like an adult and even an employee.

This is not kindergarten. This is about a company and its customers. It is SERIOUS business. And as such Tanki Online must act like a company run by professionals. Not with animated movies on YouTube for 5 year olds, but with professionalism, manners and respect for its customers.

Okay u guys, i have been thinking about this, maybe we can all boycott the new upgrades so that the old Tanki can be brought back, it might not work but it's better than nothing!

Just spend your money elsewhere. You don't have support them. Perhaps this is the perfect opportunity to find a great game out there. :) When one door closes, two new opens. Good luck! :)

You're partly right Bezerker - current customers taking their money elsewhere would help, but potential new customers also have to be informed that this is how this company treats it's customers.

 

That is in progress.

 

For all those that say: "There is nothing that can be done about it" - watch and learn; when TANKI loses all European customers, let's see how well it does with only Russians.

There is nothing in EULA about rebalances are not part of non-recoverable. Ive lost $500. Before I could buy all tier 2 turrets and hulls(excluding hornet) and zeus and inferno. Now I can only buy till generallismo and 1 m3 combo and 1 paint. But there is no point complaing. If you spent money, then you accepted EULA so deal with it. If you didn't spend money and believe you wasted your time, then thats your fault. Time is not "legally" money. No judicial system will reimburse you for spending 500 hours of your life on Tanki. You chose to make that decision. Now deal with it. Im not too happy with the rebalance either but there is no point arguing.

 

LOL. Pardon? The EULA should state what they CANNOT do? Are you serious? How old are you?

 

It doesn't state "We cannot steal money from your account" either. Does that mean that they can?

I've sent a P.M. to the administrator about that. I am not asking for my money back, I am asking for another chance to buy the proper gaming equipment and spend the rest on combat supplies. I know it's possible to take away items in the garage and I know it's possible to get your crystals back as it happened to me personally. I've sent this P.M. to 5b90d755.jpgMaksim Khusainov but I haven't gotten an answer yet and it has been only 2 days since I did that.

 

The entry of 'non-recoverable' in a EULA is illegal in Europe. The EULA would be thrown in the bin.

 

Many players live in Europe, and that is where the law is applied - not Russia.

 

Of course, TANKI may ignore the laws of other countries, but then it get's blocked - permanently.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

What has happened here is akin to: buying a car via a loan for £10,000 and part way through the repayments the garage states that it's changed it's mind; it now wants £20,000 for the car. The garage then talks to your bank and takes ANOTHER £10,000 - without your permission.

 

True; it is quite legitimate for the garage to raise the price of that model by £10,000, but that will only apply to new purchasers - it can never be retrospective.

 

TANKI has done exactly that. It conned me into purchasing items with specific attributes, it banked my cash, then it retrieved all that I bought, doubled it's prices, then gave me a voucher to buy totally different items that I do not want.

 

I want my cash back, and in Europe THAT is my legal right, and as I play from Europe - the European law stands.

Hi Tankers !

I have been lurking here in the forum for a while and enjoying Tanki for a bit now. It's been easy to play and fun but all that changed a month ago. I have not put a fortune into the game but I 'am annoyed that the company that produce Tanki have used such a low and trashy trick too basically "up" long term income. I have read some have put hundreds of dollars into there tanks. I feel Tanki could have added extra components too the game or added some extra value to generate more income instead of taking back what they had already sold you and selling it back too you for vastly inflated prices which is very wrong (extortion) and a very shabby way too treat there very loyal customer base. I also suspect but cannot prove and may be wrong that the sudden way that the servers are suddenly become very laggy and almost in some cases unplayable (They where certainly not like this a month or two ago on my machines) with almost no explanation from the technical staff or information about how long it will be before its resolved leads me to suspect that this is just a big refreshment and clearout of the old customer base (fresh money noobs required) although I may just be getting cynical in my old age.

Actually because the crystals where paid for with real life, real world hard earned money with the contract of "pay X currency for Y (non tangible) product, this puts this issue into real world law. Effectively Tanki's position must then be justified in real world terms. At the moment they have kept totally silent on this subject letting the unpaid and quite frankly unjustifiably loyal admins/volunteers take the front line flak. My point being:

 

A:
Speaking as a large online retailer (bigger than Tanki's senior company BTW) international distance selling regulations that exist in most developed countries state there is no difference in the sale of a "Tangible" product or service, to a "non Tangible" product. The sale of an online currency (eg crystals) to purchase further non tangible goods (virtual tank components) is the same as selling real life book tokens to purchase books (tangible goods) You cannot sell a product or service to someone then take that product back with out the buyers consent at a later stage because it belongs too them not the retailer. It is just plain theft regardless of what is left in return e.g.: I steal your book back in the night and leave you some more book tokens at a seriously reduced value to the books original value. Even if the tokens left where of a higher value, it's still without consent and is considered theft. Even if it states the purchased virtual property remains the property of Tankionline.com. This is not an opinion its actual Law with real world legal precedent. Google it! Especially WoW item and account thefts, there has been several successful prosecutions for it in several countries in Europe and America.

 

Ref: Just one example:

 

Even if the Tanki contract states to the contrary of the law, the law still trumps there user contract, "(Insert Company name) reserves the right to change the contract at any time and without consent" is unenforceable/wrong in law and is always included in these standard user contracts for use, along with all the other vague butt covering attempts in the user contract to behave how they please which hold no precedent in law and this leads me to my second point.

 

 

B:
If you paid for your crystals via PAYPAL as I am sure a lot of you have. You have usually up to £500/$500 payback protection. Use it, it works! PayPal have a complaints systems If a 2nd party to a deal breaks there original sale of contract for whatever reason and refuses to return the payment they will (pending an investigation) return your money from there own pockets and then seek to pursue the 2nd party for the return. This also goes for most major credit card companies including Visa, MasterCard and American express.

 

A lot of you are asking what can we do about it and the admin and others are stating "nothing just suck it up" well that's wrong; Point
B:
above is what you can do about it. This company as with all companies are relying on the fact you do not know your rights or just cannot be bothered to/ or have the time to pursue it and will just keep playing and stump up to re-upgrade or go over to World of Tanks (which is brilliant BTW but not the same thing as Tanki) even if 50% of you leave it will not take long for you to be replaced with noobs who are keen to climb fast (read spend) and have no clue as too what this game used too be like and will happily pay the higher prices making Tanki more in the long run. It's a standard old skool business trick to increase long term growth, a short shock and then long term gains by refreshing the customer base, they calculated the percentage that would leave in disgust and what you spend vs. the long term benefits of new players re stocking the garage at higher cost and guess what! Depressing isn't it. REF: Ford - cost of fuel tank safety modifications vs. insurance payout to bereaved families (Google it)

Remember this only applies to crystal currency that has been purchased with real money with a proof of purchase not given or won in the game.

 

The following responses to legitimate complaints about this issue are unacceptable and mean nothing in the real world if you want to do something about it.

1) Quoting the standard template downloaded EULA

2) Stop whining it's happened and there is nothing you can do about it

The rebalance may be here to stay and that's for Tanki to decide ultimately, it's there choice but the interference in the pre-purchased items in your garage is very shaky.

 

 

I have nothing further to say on this except this is my experience in the real world selling online in a similar company. It's up to you users to take the action to get your money back or go elsewhere (WOT). I am usually found gaming in the Novalogic games and have always been treated very well by them. I am not going to reply to this or start debating the points above. Make your own minds up and then tell your gaming friends what you think Tanki's reputation is.

Ban me if you want admin I'am already in my Cruiser III on W.O.Ts playing capture the flag right now...Bye :P
