To all the people that want their money back: get lawyers, go to court and if you win the case (100% sure you won't), then get your money.You won't get them back in other ways, because the EULA you all accept when registering clearly says that firstly, you accept the game conditions AS IS, and the owner can do any changes, and secondly, that all the payments made are non-recoverable.

The rules of the EULA are illegal in Europe... so Tanki might be banned.

I can do absolutely NOTHING.I am not a Developer, I don't work in the Tanki offices.I'm a volunteer and I work from distance, from my home in Bulgaria.I get no money from my job.I am not a game designer, nor a programmer, developer or whatever, I can not take part in game decisions.

I'm just a Consultant, I mostly answer questions, that's all.

i'd avoid calling it rebalance, because it's not balanced at all. why do i see gefreiters running around with mammoth and thunder? (just an example)

with the rebalance, pros got their accounts f.cked up and noobs were overpowered

Rebalance is a really bad thing!!! The prices for better hulls and weapons are just vertiginous!!!! :wacko: Back to the OLD VERSION!!!! :mellow: And looking on that how easily the items that you paid for may be lost, that will truly prevent me from having the idea to spend any real money to buy an upgrade! Big deal. I got back 138k crys and thats still a fraction of what I got. I spent real money on this game but Im not complaining. Read the EULA

Now it's obvious that all long distance weapon are weakened, except thunder?!!

To those of us who were playing already on this past Monday that was a no-brainer without the need of statistical calculations. Once you get killed about 30 times in 30 minutes you learn quickly what works what doesn't.

So why are you working so hard to defend them? You yourself said you were not happy with the rebalance several pages back so why do you continue to defend Tanki and take the complaints from players when they don't even pay you for it? I think you're lying. You are their spokesperson and I think they DO pay you otherwise you would have quit this thread a long time ago.

I don't work in Tanki offices, but I know what's going on, I know that for now the rebalance will not be cancelled.

Even you could know it if you looked at the English Community manager (who works in Tanki)'s post:

They spent months in planning and developing the rebalance, they were thinking that this will make the game better - well, me, you, many of the players don't agree with that, we don't like the rebalance (many of my friends, even a colleague left because of the rebalance), but there is nothing we can do.The rebalance will stay.At least for now.

 

They didn't think it through properly then did they. When I joined I saw others with cool weapons like the railgun and I naturally aimed to become good enough that I could have one myself. The problem is that many of the crystal prices and ranks are now so high it will take many players YEARS to get that high and they will just get bored playing Tanki.

 

I wasn't playing much before the rebalance because I was getting bored. The new arenas like Gallery and crash are great to stimulate more playing but I had run out of enthusiasm because there were no new weapons. I had my shaft and I was happy with it. Now Tanki have just made it harder for everyone to achieve anything so there is even less fun to be had.
